WELCOME HOME!

The process of buying or selling real estate is not as obvious as it may seem.  No matter which side of the purchase you are on, you need an experienced advocate to help you make the best decisions.

My Certifications:

REALTOR®, GREEN®, SRES®

I specialize in helping clients who are in the move-up market.  As your housing and family needs and wants change you may be forced to make some life changing decisions. Among those decisions could be where do we want to live?  It would be my pleasure to help you answer that very important question.

I love the field of real estate as much as I do the people I serve. I am dedicated to my clients' real estate needs and will be there with you as you go through the sometimes stressful process of buying and selling a new home.

I believe in honest communication and I respect the fiduciary responsibility that I assume once I become your Realtor®.

Thank you for visiting and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Gloria @ Coldwell Banker

The name makes it sound like a place that you crawl in; however, most of us would probably rather pass on the crawl or even a walk-through of this area because of the lack of cleanliness. A crawlspace is typically a shallow area beneath your home between the soil and first floor. It can be very useful and even enticing to buyers if it’s kept up. On the other hand, a crawlspace can become a refuge for unwanted creatures, fungus, and termites.
